To meet the growing worldwide demand for Haas products, production levels will continue to increase throughout the year, with a goal of building 1,300 machines per month by year’s end.
Despite this rapid growth, Haas Automation will not compromise the quality of its products. “We will only increase our production at a rate that allows us to maintain the high level of quality that our customers demandand deserve,” states Haas Director of Operations Richard Mountan. Extensive use of lean manufacturing methods and just-in-time production practices allows the company to produce high-precision CNC products while maintaining exacting quality and value-based pricing.
