Cutter-Grinding Filtration

Ebbco Inc. (www.ebbcoinc.com) will exhibit its new Ebbco Evolution Series metalworking filtration system for precision machining cutter-grinding applications of carbide, tool steel, PCD and ceramics. The system conditions coolants and oils down to 1 micron, while controlling temperature, to prevent thermal distortion. A highcapacity cartridge filter vessel uses five Ebbco High Capacity 623 filter cartridges, which are micron rated, for a total of 210 sq-ft of surface area. They are enclosed in one housing with an easy-to-use hydraulic lid-opening device.
