High Performance Deburring Tool

Weiler Corporation (www.weilercorp.com) has developed a deburring tool that was designed to be the ultimate in high aggression, compliant deburring tools. The company’s Burr-Rx has filaments that are co-extruded with ceramic grains to provide cut rates as high as four times faster than standard silicon carbide filaments. Weiler said the Burr-Rx provides minimum cycle times that result in increased throughput and lower deburring costs.
