Sandvik Coromant Partners with Stewart-Haas Racing

Sandvik Coromant has formed a technical partnership with Stewart- Haas Racing (SHR), the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series team co-owned by two-time Sprint Cup champion Tony Stewart and Haas Automation. The partnership allows the cutting-tool manufacturer to become an official team sponsor, while providing SHR with all of its indexable tooling needs for its Haas CNC machines.

“From an SHR and Haas Automation standpoint, this partnership with Sandvik Coromant gives us the best of both worlds,” said Joe Custer, executive vice president for SHR. “Not only does our race team get the finest tools for our CNC machines, but it also allows Stewart-Haas Racing to raise the bar even higher in terms of quality and performance.”
