Making their official debut at the show, CAP 5000T and Access 180N are the latest additions to MSC∏s renowned Competitive Advantage Program. The CAP 5000T is a carousel-type dispensing system that can accommodate and manage up to 468 unique items. On the more specialized end of the spectrum, the Access 180N also manages vital production tooling in a decentralized manufacturing cell environment.
MSC will also showcase the Accupro brand of high performance metalworking products. The Accupro line is fully represented in MSC∏s 2010 Accupro High Performance Metalworking Catalog. The 154-page, full color catalog features more than 10,000 Accupro products, and introduces more than 2,000 new products to the market, including a variety of drilling and end milling categories.
Also featured in the booth with be measuring products from SPI (Swiss Precision Instruments). A provider of precision measuring products for over 50 years, SPI is one of the first companies to include a ®Certified, right out of the box© program. This program features nearly 1,000 precision tools and gages that come with a free certificate of calibration furnished directly from its stock. The MSC booth will display SPI pre-certified calipers, indicators and micrometers, along with other precision measuring equipment.
MSC will also showcase a variety of products from Hertel, a provider of production grade tooling since 1947. Hertel offers a full line of general purpose turning inserts and tool holders, a variety of high-speed steel, cobalt and carbide drills, a broad offering of general purpose taps and a comprehensive selection of general-purpose end mills.
