Blohm Maschinebau GmbH Profimat MCs are universal profile grinders for creepfeed applications with 78.74-in. (2,000-mm) wide footprints. There are two models with grinding ranges/table clamping areas of 27.559 15.748 in. (700 400 mm) or 27.559 23.622 in. (700 600 mm). Grinding wheels are 15.748 4.724 4.999 in. (400 120 127 mm). The 45-kW variable main spindles deliver up to 6,000 rpm with maximum 6,693 ips (170 m/sec) cutting speed for conventional and CBN grinding applications.
