Grinder loading options

Small job shops handle lowvolumeproduction runs and/or prototypes with Studer internal, external, and universalgrinding machines. The S120, S140, and S140 Simultan internal machines include swiveling loading systems with clearly defined hand-off points for unmachined and finished parts.

The S21, S31, and S40 machines feature loading systems based on portal loading principles with V-grips for irregularly shaped parts up to 11.81-in.(300-mm) long and 1.38 in. (35 mm) in diameter.
