With a unified, one-piece configuration and compact footprint, the Legex 322 CMM measures and inspects components sized up to 11.81 X 7.87 X 7.87 in. (300 X 200 X 200 mm). Production applications include precision metal-mold measurements and EDM parts as well as machine tool off-line setups. It supports contacting, scanning, and touchtrigger probes as well as laser and vision probes. Mitutoyo Controlled Open System for Modular Operation Support (MCOSMOS) CMM software handles almost every CAD format and offers modules for in-line measurement, data feedback, and process management.
