An added chiller on Omax's 2626XP waterjet machine controls thermal expansion of both machine and workpiece material. The machine's positioning accuracy is 0.001 in. over travels of 26 in. Standard equipment includes Omax Intell-Max Technology Suite software, Tilt-A-Jet cutting head, a 600-lb abrasive-delivery system, 60,000-btu chiller, and mounting points for EDM-style tooling.
