The C-3350NC saw features an enclosed cabinet that keeps chips and cutting fluid contained during highspeed operations and 21-in.-diameter band wheels mounted on dual columns that improve stability. Its workpiece vise is located on the outboard side of the saw blade for remnant lengths as small as 3 in. The saw not only handles 13 13-in. parts of both rectangular and round stock but also those as small as 1/2 in. A 10-hp, AC, inverter-band drive motor powers a 1/2-in. blade from 50 to 400 fpm. An NC with touchscreen console stores as many as 20 jobs and lets operators program the saw's automatic indexing 1/2 to 16 in.
