Toellner Systems (www.toellner.com)
has announced a breakthrough in new technology for automated part loading/unloading – 180-degree part-rotation capability. Load times run as short as 5 sec, and such part rotation immediately increases throughput up to 50 percent, the company stated.
The system, with a footprint of 15 sq-ft, handles a variety of shapes and lengths and easily adapts to production machines such as CNC lathes, machining centers, grinders, shaft cut-off, multispindle chuckers, and thread-rolling machines.
