NCCS (www.nccs.com), the developer of NCL multi-axis machining software for the aerospace, automotive and turbo machinery industry, now offers new simulation features that is designed to let programmers visualize the entire machining process offline as it will occur on actual machine to view potential errors/collisions.

The software offers full simulation of machine and part via solid graphical models, and is designed to detect collisions between machine tool components, including axis slides, rotary tables, spindles, tool changers, fixtures, work pieces and user-defined objects.

The new, enhanced machine simulation software has a better simulation function to give the programmer full simulation of the machine and the part by creating the simulated solid model of the machine and its machined components.

This feature is designed to eliminate downtime on the floor in addition to potential damages to machinery.
