Caterpillar Inc. has agreed to acquire the capital stock of MGE Equipamentos and Servicos Ferroviarios Ltda. (MGE). Based in Diadema and Hortolandia -- in Sao Paulo State, Brazil, MGE is a manufacturer and reconditioner of traction motors, main and auxiliary generators, control equipment and auxiliary components for locomotives and transit cars. Delphi Gets Fuel Injection Equipment Business From JCB
Delphi Corp. said it has been picked to supply its Multec Medium Duty Common Rail (MDCR) for the next generation of Tier 4 diesel engines to JCB Power Systems -- part of J C Bamford Excavators, the world's third largest producer of construction equipment by volume. Boeing and Biman Bangladesh Airlines announced an order for two Boeing Next-Generation 737-800s, with purchase rights for two additional 737s.
