Machine tool maker New Century Companies, Inc. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire aerospace manufacturer Precision Aerostructures, Inc. through a cashless merger.

Precision Aerostructures manufactures structural aircraft components and assemblies. According to the company’s website, it provides components for customers in defense, government systems, aerospace and commercial markets.

New Century Companies is a manufacturer of vertical boring mills and large lathes, along with other machine tools normally used for the manufacturing of jet engine components.
