Reshoring Summit: Bringing Manufacturing Back to the U.S.
Past Event:
The Reshoring Summit brings together manufacturers, suppliers, governmental development organizations, site selectors, consultants and key reshoring leaders for an opportunity to discuss the issues surrounding the reshoring movement. The event will include educational sessions, case study reviews and interactive panels. The three-day summit will also offer participants the opportunity to build valuable relationships through critically informed networking.
Harry Moser, founder of the Reshoring Initiative, will present “The Reshoring Assessment: A Total-Cost Analysis.”
“The Reshoring Summit is the first national event of its kind focused entirely on reshoring,” said Harry Moser. “This is a unique opportunity for manufacturers to discover the benefits of making better sourcing decisions. Throughout the summit, attendees will learn how to sell against offshore competitors, obtain tools to retain and attract companies to their regions, and receive additional reshoring support.”
In addition to Moser, summit faculty will include Walter Snodell of Peerless Industries, Tobias Schoenherr of Michigan State University, Hope Paolini of Suarex Manufacturing, Scott Paul of the Alliance for American Manufacturing and Kristi Tanner of Jobs Ohio.
