Cutter and grinder coolant

Valenite's VNT-755 semi-synthetic coolant works well in general-purpose machining and with various ferrous and nonferrous materials. The fluid is useful in turning, milling, reaming, drilling, and tapping, plus I.D. and O.D. grinding in addition to centerless grinding work. VNT-755 consists of natural and synthetic emulsifiers and a chlorinated extreme-pressure lubricant that reportedly improves cooling properties while helping resist chip weldment to the cutting edge. It also contains a ValCool biostable microbial-control package that protects against bacteria and mold. This stabilizes the fluid for long tank life and minimizes supplemental sump additives.valenite.com
