MRO Materials and Asset Reliability Symposium

This IHS symposium will offer a strong platform on the power of integrating Maintenance Repairs and Operations (MRO) with asset reliability. During this event, thought leaders will impart essential skills, share experiences, and provide insight and proven strategies for navigating the road to enhanced MRO and reliability for improved manufacturing performance.

Agenda topics will include: MRO best practices, proven strategies for integrating MRO and reliability, reliability best practices, workforce development, adult learning best practices, production and throughput enhancement, MRO lifecycle management, operational best practices, asset health management, and change management.

Keynote speaker

The keynote speaker will be Gene Washington, former director of football operations for the National Football League and wide receiver for the San Francisco 49ers. Additional speakers include Shaun Flaharty, North America maintenance director at Kraft Foods, and Hank Sinclair, CEO of Sinclair Group.
