Rego-Fix (www.rego fix.com) offers CF coolant flush collets that the company says can be used with its powRgrip toolholding system, and the company says they are compatible with its PG 10, PG 15 and PG 25 series of toolholders. CF collets have three equally staggered serrations that allow coolant to be flushed along the sides of tools and to the tips of cutters to eliminate unwanted chip particulate.

The collets are available in diameters from 0.1181 in. (3 mm) to 0.7874 in. (20 mm) and have a total indicator runout (TIR) of 0.0001 in.. The company says they are made of specially formulated spring steel that provides long life and durability, and are metallic sealed for pressures to 2,000 psi.
